This year we continued our tradition of decorating Christmas cookies with family and friends. Jamie's parents, the Kuhlmann family, and the Asuncion kids all came over and participated in the decorating this year. We had a lot of great entries and a lot of, um, well, interesting entries. Among the cookies made were the American flag (how patriotic!!), a snowball with dog pee (yes, you heard me correctly), and whole lot of reindeer. Jamie and I are trying to collect more cookie shapes, with the reindeer being this years new addition. Who knows what it will be next year?!?!
This year's winner was Joel with his rendition of the "Headless Horseman". I know, not your typical Christmas cookie, but we had a gingerbread cookie that lost his head, so Joel did his best to work with it. Here are some pictures from the event:
